<aside> 💡 The first episode of ¿Quién Are We? served as a template for the entire first season. As the Lead Producer, it was my responsibility to set the tone and sound of the show with this episode. I added some creative flair to reinforce the stakes in the story by creating a dream-like sequence about the myth of an ancient Mesoamerican drink called pulque. Summarizing a few of the existing myths about the maguey plant, I wrote my own and scored it with music from Mayan musicians.
