As board chair, developed and executed change management plan, conducted risk assessment and oversaw implementation of new accounting, HR, and IT systems, while leading company through a leadership change. Negotiated new contracts with vendors and terms with grantors and stakeholders. Led hiring process of permanent CEO.
As part of startup incubator StartUp Chile, worked with Adonde Media, pioneering bilingual podcast production company, to conduct industry research and business analysis. Designed Encuestapod - 1st market survey for LatAm podcast market.
